There are approximately 190 rooms available with 12 squadrons/teams arriving. We have allocated 15 people per squadron a room due to availability with another 30+ rooms possibly opening up. Each squadron/team can choose who they want to stay at billeting. Most of the Hawgsmoke events and activities will be held on base within walking distance. DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB
Competitors will park their jets on the Bulldog Ramp and get You-Drive-Its. If staying on base plan on shuttles to/from social events, mostly at the Dragons and Bulldogs. Off base events will have charter busses departing lodging. Times and locations will be sent to squadron POCs. While events will have plenty of food and beverage, contingency supplies can be found at the BX, Commissary, and Shoppette, all walkable from lodging.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
Arizona National Colf Club will host the 2024 Hawgsmoke Golf Tournament. Bring clubs and gear as able. There is capacity for 6-9 extra teams of retirees, sponsors, etc. RSVP to FLOT at Hawgsmoke2024@gmail.com.
