There are approximately 146 rooms available with 15 squadrons/teams arriving. We have allocated 10 people per squadron a room due to availability with another 30+ rooms possibly opening up by Sep 6th. Each squadron/team can choose who they want to stay at billeting. All the Hawgsmoke events and activities will be held at the Rally Point Club which is within walking distance to the rooms.
